- It's important to develop a mindset that values progress over perfection. 
- Don't take everything personally, not everyone thinks about you as much as you do. 
- Being kind to others is mostly about your actions. Being kind to yourself is mostly about your thoughts. 
- Understand that using “no” is a complete sentence. 
- If you’re brave enough to say goodbye, life will reward you with a new hello. 
- Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, 'I will try again tomorrow. 
- The best place to start with disruption is with yourself. 
- The cost of indecision is often more harmful than making the wrong choice. 
- Vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity, and change. 
- What is no longer working, and what can I release and let go of?
