Coaches Clipboard
You don't have to attend every argument that you are invited to.
Our “Coaches Clipboard” is a collection of quotes, pertinent phrases, knowledge and wisdom. Shared every now and then on a Sunday. It’s our "thinking menu" with some bits and pieces we came across…

Andreu Enrich: "Small-sided games are a playground for creativity. By introducing constraints, like offside rules or zone restrictions, players discover new ways to solve problems and develop their tactical intelligence."
Ric Charlesworth: "Consistency and honesty are what players value most in a coach. Whether you’re praising or criticizing, they need to know you’re genuine and that you stand for something."
Raoul Ehren: "The mental toughness of players has evolved. Today’s athletes are different, and as coaches, we need to adapt to their needs."

Hope you enjoyed these… happy coaching!
